Born on July 13th, 1985, in Seymour Indiana, I was the 3rd child of Randy and Beth Hehman. After moving north and enrolling in the Clark Pleasant Schools, I found myself drawn to the fine arts. While in High school, although very involved in the music department, I focused more on acting then music, having been voted " Most likely to be on Saturday Night Live." It wasn’t until a friend, Greg Lee Jr, had passed away that I had written my first song, "Save a Spot for Me" and truly felt I should focus on music. The song became an instant hit in and around our hometown.
Still playing music, I feel blessed to have met other classmates who share the same feelings towards music: Derek Wylie and Chris Presley. " Usually as people grow, there relationships grow apart, not in our case. We have grown together, and stronger, and it shows on and off the stage." I now live in Greenwood, Indiana with my wife Nena, and two daughters.
Look forward to meeting you
Jake Hehman
